The Role

We are also an Internet publisher with a network of over 100 websites covering areas such as Price Comparison, Travel, Property, Jobs and Motoring. We provide advertising opportunities to many well-known brands across our portfolio of sites. Some of our most popular sites include: We are looking for some enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated individuals to join our digital marketing team as apprentices. Working closely with our talented content, product, SEO and development team members you will learn how to promote our websites using the latest marketing techniques.

Day to day activities

  • Performing market research;

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns;

  • Sending emails, making phone calls and responding to enquiries, and logging them in our CRM systems;

  • Analysing impact of marketing activities;

  • Updating our social media accounts.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 5 GCSEs grade A-C, with at least a C in English and Maths;

  • Excellent literacy and communication skills, an attention to detail, and a pleasant telephone manner;

  • A commitment to learn and work hard. Self-motivated with a focus on results.

As part of the apprenticeship you will study for a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Social Media for Business. The apprenticeship program lasts 12 months and includes around 5 weeks of training courses and workshops that will teach the fundamental principles of social media marketing and search engine optimisation. There are various optional components that you can study including: using imaging and video software, content creation, web security, programming and website development.
