The problem

With every site we create we aim to have a personal, friendly connection with our users. However, some of our sites grew very quickly, which meant that sending out hundreds of thousands of emails was taking too long. It was frustrating, and arguably limited our growth. We needed a quick and easy way of sending mass emails which still allowed us to create a personal touch. The solutions on the market were too expensive and didn't have the required features so we built our own.

The solution

Our mass emailing system allows us to send out targeted emails very quickly, in both plain text and HTML.

The Emailer has the option to send an email to all our users, or to select them by which of our sites they are signed up to.

We use the Emailer alongside the Email Support System, which allows us to sort and respond to 1000s of emails each day, to keep an open dialogue between us and our members.
