Fubra is keen to expand and grow, and to help other businesses to do the same. We do this by acquiring successful websites, or by investing in other companies.

We would consider buying sites in just about any area excluding sites of an adult nature, or gambling. We are particularly interested in UK sites, as that is where we are based - but we would consider any English language website.
Sites must have figures for at least 2 year's traffic, and records for a minimum of 1 year's revenue.
Because of the lack of time we are unable to consider businesses that have a turnover of less than £25,000 per year unless they have an exceptional traffic profile (minimum 5000 visits per day) which are under-monetised. We are also only interested in advertising or subscription based business models.
We have already completed two deals and both worked well. We have funds available up to £500,000 and can secure additional financing for larger deals.
If we do a deal we can typically turn it around in a matter of a week or so. We have the experience to give a fast answer in any event. We value businesses based on a multiple of the post tax earnings and our own assessment of the growth potential.
You can see some of the sites we have acquired on the right. Both are forums, but we are just as interested in pure content or database-driven content sites.
If you are interested in a confidential valuation, please contact Brendan.

If we like your business Fubra has the potential to act as an incubator in a joint venture to help you get to the next level, or alternatively as an equity investor.
Typically we will be interested in deals between £20,000 and £250,000 but if you are an ambitious and talented team and we like your concept we are happy to look at smaller investments.
As well as finance we can offer our huge depth of experience and contacts, which should ensure that any internet business will be a success. If you are considering talking to us about investment please ensure you have a proper plan which demonstrates and explains why your team has a unique proposition that Fubra would be unable to develop on its own.
Please note Fubra does not enter into non-disclosure agreements. If you need one to protect yourself, your idea isn’t strong enough for investment.
If you are interested in pitching your plans, please contact Brendan.
