The Customer Support team is the first point of contact for our 2 million users and anyone else who wants to get in touch with us. The team deal with hundreds of queries every day, from login problems and questions about our data, to users who just want to give us their feedback. Our team is currently made up of 4 members, but if you're helpful, enthusiastic and love talking to the public, get in touch.

I heard about Fubra when I was living in Poland, from a friend who had been working for the company for a few months already, and she recommended it to me for its friendly atmosphere and opportunities for development. I started working for Fubra from Poland, and after about 6 months I moved to England to join the rest of the Fubra team in Hampshire.

The first thing I noticed about the Fubra team was that because it is a young workforce people are much more devoted, enthusiastic and friendly. Fubra is also relatively small compared to the company I worked for previously, which means everyone knows each other well and you don't have a hierarchy of bosses and bosses' bosses to answer to.

The Support Team is the first point of contact for all our web users and customers. I spend most of the day dealing with the incoming support issues but as the Support Team Leader I focus mostly on projects involving paying customers. That means replying to emails, answering phone calls, as well as updating our websites' content and databases.

Before I started working for Fubra, I hardly knew anything about HTML, PHP admins, or domain name systems, but working here has expanded my knowledge. Also, dealing with customers on a daily basis has developed my interpersonal skills, and hopefully my mastery of the English language has improved as well...
