Online Advertising Sales Executive
Fubra are on the hunt for an outstanding candidate looking to make a big impact within our online advertisement sales area.
What’s the job role?
With a network of over 130 established and successful websites, we want someone who is enthusiastic, bright and determined to take on the task of filling them with lots of lovely ads which are brilliantly relevant, well targeted at our visitors and sold to advertisers you will build up lasting relationships with.
Your main goal is to make more revenue from ad subscriptions. Day to day you will be responsible for:
* Researching and defining which advertisers to target
* Phoning and emailing potential advertisers aiming to sell them relevant ad space
* Building lasting relationships with potential advertisers & creating new business opportunities from existing accounts
* Suggesting & implementing positive system changes based on your experience to make our sales process bullet proof
* Creating engaging and attractive sales proposals to be given to potential advertisers and ad agencies
* Working with advertisers to ensure effective ROI
* Assisting advertisers with creating copy for adverts designed to attract our visitors
* Taking payments from and dealing with support issues from advertisers using internal systems
Are you who we are looking for?
You will be driven to succeed and determined to smash targets set by us and yourself. Being a positive person you will enjoy the thrill not only of making a sale, but by being happy that the advertiser you have sold to is on board with us for the long term because of your personable approach and genuine, honest and helpful manner.
You may not have had experience with ad sales before, but will need to thrive on building strong, lasting relationships with various different businesses and be very eager to learn new skills and build on your existing ones.
You will be great on the phone, and possess good written English skills, plus able to use your own common sense and initiative to get the best results all round. You WILL NOT be someone who is out for the quick sale without a thought for the continuing relationship support process, but rather someone who likes to go home at the end of the day knowing that they did a great job and that your advertisers are happy with the return they are getting on their investment.
Your sales process will not end when the money comes in, and is an ongoing process that you will be required to keep on top of. We think differently to most companies about our ad sales in that the main aim for us is to keep our advertisers through merit, not through being tied into contracts, so if you are just interested in a quick sale then you are not the person we are looking for.

Bootcamp
Fubra is a new-media company with a diverse portfolio of over 100 websites. At ten years old we are an established company but we are still expanding and looking for the right people join our team.
So we are sure to hire the best employees and to give those less experienced a chance to shine we’ve implemented an innovative selection process which we call Bootcamp.

Fubra Bootcamp consists of a months trial with a twist, 3 potential employees will be put through their paces competing for just one space.

Pay and Benefits
Your rate of pay will be £7.50 per hour. You will have access to all the benefits that our staff do, and we are committed to ensuring that your time with us will be really beneficial for you! Some of these benefits are detailed on our website and include:

Working Hours
Our office is open between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm. You will be in the office for 8 hours per day. The earliest start and finish time would be 8.30am-4.30pm and the latest 10.30am-6.30pm. You will have 1 hour for breaks within the day included in the 8 hour day.
