Events
Throughout the year Fubra organises a variety of social events. Past events have included skiing trips, hot air balloon rides, poker nights and barbeques. This year's Christmas party was a 'Midnight in Monte Carlo' themed party, with a casino and dogem cars – check it out!
Pension
We offer a generous pension package, which can be worth up to an additional 10% on top of your basic salary. The scheme is managed by Scottish Widows, and offers a web-based portal that lets you keep track of your pension investments and make changes whenever you like.
Flexibility
Fubra offers flexible working hours to fit in with your life – generally we start work between 8.30 and 10.30. Depending on what time we start, we finish between 4.30 and 6.30. We also consider other flexi-time options, such as working from home.
Car
We have a pool car for employees to use. Insurance is free.
